Zhongtuo Roll Forming Machinery Co., Ltd. announced that the fully automatic punching line tailored for an Italian customer has been successfully commissioned and accepted by the customer.

This fully automatic punching line, designed and manufactured by Zhongtuo, integrates a high-speed progressive die punching machine, an automatic unwinding feeding system, and flexible punching post-processing options (including cut-to-length and coiling modules). During the on-site visit, the Italian customer conducted rigorous testing of the equipment’s performance and verified parameters such as punching accuracy, feeding synchronization, and waste handling. The system performed perfectly in all benchmark tests and won full recognition from the customer.

The line is equipped with a sensor-driven automatic feeder for precise strip delivery, a rugged progressive die press for high-speed punching, and an intelligent waste collection system to ensure a clean and efficient production environment. The system is designed with full scalability in mind, supporting both light and small parts production as well as heavy and large plate applications. The equipment is now fully operational and ready to support Italian customers in the mass production of metal parts.
