The visit provided an excellent opportunity for the customer to evaluate the machine’s production capabilities, level of automation, and finished product quality before shipment.

During the live demonstration, the entire production line operated smoothly from start to finish, showcasing the reliability and efficiency of Zhongtuo's advanced roll forming technology. Complete Automated Production Process Runs Flawlessly

The testing process began with the hydraulic uncoiler feeding metal coils steadily into the production line. The material then entered the precision roll forming section, where multiple forming stations gradually transformed the steel strip into high-quality fence boards with consistent dimensions and smooth surfaces.

Following the forming process, the profiles were automatically cut to the required lengths and transferred directly to the intelligent stacking system. The entire workflow was completed without interruption, demonstrating excellent synchronization between each production unit.
