Working Process
- Coil loading and uncoiling
- Roll forming — 27 forming stations roll 1.5–2.5 mm steel strip into the profile. Bottom width 41.3 mm with side height [21.3 / 41.3 / 62] mm per program.
- Tracking punching — the punch unit travels with the moving profile (servo tracking punch) and punches [hole pattern] on the fly, so hole positions and spacing stay accurate without stopping the line.
- Logo embossing — the embossing unit presses your company logo into the profile surface (embossing roller), so the finished rail carries your brand.
- Cut to length — tracking shear cuts the profile to the length set on the PLC.
