The uncoiling trolley is specifically designed to assist in the efficient and safe loading and positioning of steel coils. It features a dual hydraulic cylinder lifting system with a 90 mm diameter cylinder and a 240 mm stroke, allowing for stable vertical movement. Powered by a hydraulic motor, the trolley is equipped with a Model 450 hydraulic unit for smooth operation. The uncoiling platform accommodates panels up to 1.25 meters in width, with a release width of 1.1 meters, and includes a rotation function to facilitate easy coil placement. The coil holding rack measures 1050 mm in width and 2.5 meters in length, while the trolley provides a lifting stroke of 705 mm and a movement range of 2.5 meters in length. With a total weight of 0.9 tons, the trolley is also fitted with rubber pads on the coil support and expansion area to prevent scratching and ensure material protection during handling.
