B Deck is a conventional metal deck profile in the United States which meets recent North American Specification(ANSI standard). The machine body is about 20 meters long, it can be disassembled into 3-4 sections for easy transportation and installation. The roll forming part has two 22KW motors, Siemens brand, powerful during production. Shafts φ85mm, forming rollers GCr15, chromed plated surface is bright and not easy to rust, and will not cause scrathes on the surface of galvanized steel. The exquisite processing technology makes the machine more smooth in operation and it has a longer service life. The profile produced by our roll forming machine is straight and horizontal, with high accuracy in flatness and distortion, and the length accuracy can be controlled within plus or minus 1mm.

- Hydraulic uncoiler
most customers choose 10 tons hydraulic decoiler, because hydraulic decoiler machine adopts hydraulic control core shaft expansion and shrinking, convenient, working fast and stable.

- Feed device
Responsible for feeding metal coil into the forming machine

forming system; Feeding width is adjustable with the handle wheels
After steel plate going through feeding device, first need process embossing pattern as client’s request.there is support frame up and down embossing rollers
Smartly design, we add one clutch at the embossing pattern rolling station ,since the pattern embossing rollers shaft driving actively ,turning speed quicker than forming rollers, it will lead steel plate jammed. With cluth, can avoid incosistent speed.
- Main roll forming machine:
According to the design specifications of the floor steel decking, the molding mold will have different shapes and sizes, also different rollers station.
Rollers material normally use 1045# steel and GCR15 steel, quenched.
- Cutting device
After the floor decking plate is formed, the cutting device cuts it to the specified length.
- Control system: used to control the entire molding process to ensure the accuracy and quality of the product.Control system can choose Delta or Siemens brand, international famous brand, it is more easy to replace once some parts damage after some years.
