Roofing Gutter Making Machine Rain Gutter Roll Former

ZTRFM is a leading provider of residential rainwater equipment, offering a comprehensive range of roll forming machines for 5″ and 6″ K-style gutters, 7″ box gutters, and the innovative RainPro gutter system. Our machines can automatically form and cut gutters to any desired length with pre-set quantity control. Equipped with an encoder, the system provides real-time feedback on product length, while the control panel allows operators to monitor and record the total output length of the finished coil with precision and efficiency.

  1. Operating mode of equipment 24×7
  2. The automatic performance of the equipment shall not be less than 12 m/min.

The type of transmission of the skeleton knife on the guillotine is either electric or mechanical.

Rain Gutter Roll Forming Machine

Part 1. 3 Ton Decoiler

The uncoiling device is designed to support and uncoil metal coils with a loading capacity of up to 3 tons. It accommodates coils with an inner diameter ranging from 480 to 650 mm and a width exceeding 500 mm. Built with a robust welded steel channel frame, the uncoiler can operate in manual and automatic modes. The system is equipped with an electric drive capable of forward and reverse operation, enabling controlled unwinding and rewinding. Importantly, the uncoiling speed is synchronized with the production line’s rolling speed to ensure consistent material feed. The system prevents spontaneous or uncontrolled unwinding of the coil drum and includes mandatory electrical defrosting and automatic detachment features to enhance operational safety and efficiency.

The gutter must be manufactured in manual and automatic modes.

The equipment must manufacture a gutter of any specified length, from 400 mm.

Accounting for the length of the rolled product, both in automatic and manual mode;

The counter for accounting for the length of the consumed material must reflect the total length of all the metal that is rolled on the line.

Part 3: Electric Shearing System

The electric shearing system includes an additional set of cutting knives and is equipped with an optical ruler for monitoring the cutting length of finished products. The cutting process is driven by a 4 kW motor, and the blades are made from high-strength GB-Cr12 material. The system ensures a cutting length tolerance of ±1.0 mm per meter, with a maximum deviation not exceeding ±2.0 mm per finished piece. Cross-sectional dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±1.0 mm. All visual and instrumental inspections are conducted to verify product accuracy and surface quality.

Protective coatings on the sheet must remain intact throughout the process—no damage, burrs, dents, depressions, curvature, or surface faceting are permitted on either side of the product. Finished panels must exit the machine with the color-coated side facing upward.

For safety and ease of use, the machine includes a manual control panel positioned in the metal loading area, allowing a single operator to control operations if needed. All moving components, such as chains and sprockets, are fully enclosed in protective structures. Additionally, all oil pipes and electrical wiring are clearly labeled with numbers or letters to simplify setup and future maintenance for new users.
