The Decorative Metal PU Wall Sandwich Panel Production Line is designed for the continuous and automatic production of exterior and interior wall panels with PU (polyurethane) insulation. These panels feature decorative surfaces such as brick, marble, or wood grain, either embossed or pre-printed onto prepainted steel coils. Controlled by a PLC system, the line operates at adjustable speeds to produce standard exterior panels with dimensions like 383mm effective width, 16mm thickness, and 2900mm length—custom sizes are also available. For interior wall panels, the line can produce non-embossed panels with printed surfaces in sizes such as 2900mm length × 435mm width × 14mm thickness or 450mm width × 10mm thickness. A complete line typically includes two decoilers, an embossing machine, a roll forming machine (double-layer or width-adjustable optional), a PU foaming unit, a 24-meter pressing/composing unit, a tracking fly-saw cutter, and the necessary control and transmission systems.
